  Wouldn't make my sandwich because it was a "ridiculous" order. One sandwich with all the meats. I thought this was Arby's where they had the meats? Won't be back, check out Blake's lottaburger just down the street

  I ordered the 1/2 pound Philly cheese steak combo. The sandwich was overstuffed and a complete sloppy overflowing mess when I opened it. I tried to eat it but a fork and plate would have been the only thing that would have helped. I took it back to the counter to get a different sandwich. The manager on duty made it right. She got it done without complaining or telling me it was my fault. Thank you Arby's! You rarely mess anything up, but you proved today that you do what is right when confronted by a customer. We need more good managers like you. Thank you
