  Based on the other reviews, it’s clear my experience wasn’t an isolated incident. Multiple customers have reported the same issues, and the owner repeatedly responds saying this type of behavior and customer service isn’t tolerated. If that’s true, why does it keep happening? We placed our order through the app and still waited over 30 minutes for our food. During that time, there appeared to be only one carhop running orders. At one point, he even sat down and started vaping instead of helping get orders out. By the time our food finally arrived, it was cold, the fries were stale, and the rest of the meal tasted like rubber. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Long wait times, poor food quality, and unprofessional behavior. The management responses on these reviews sound nice, but until something actually changes, they’re just empty promises.
