My husband ordered a pizza on a rainy Sunday afternoon, quoted him a time of 20 minutes. He goes to Whataburger to get our daughter something to eat. Comes back well after 20 minutes. Asks about his pizza,they tell him it's still in the oven. Sits in the waiting area for 40 minutes. At this point he's been waiting for over an hour. Gets up to ask about the pizza sitting in the window the entirety of his wait. What do you know?!! It's his ice cold pizza! No apology, no offer to make a fresh pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. We both work in food service, it's not brain surgery.

At 55 minutes I called, and after many many rings a very frantic employee answered and quite hastily (and a bit rudely) explained how understaffed they are. He checked my order and told me it was in the oven. At they point he said "do you want me to cancel it?!!!". Yep. Management needs to figure this out and the Dominos app needs to get in real time with the brick and mortar location. TOTAL FAIL.
