When I arrived around 5:30 PM, I was told it had been mistakenly scheduled for the following day and hadn’t been prepared. I then waited another 30 minutes while the cake was assembled without so much as an apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience. When I got home about 10 minutes later, the cake was already starting to melt which I imagine was because it should’ve been placed in the freezer to properly set before being handed off. The final design also didn’t match what I was expecting as it was obviously rushed. Given that this was ordered in advance for a special occasion, I had hoped for a smoother experience and closer attention to detail. I’d appreciate the store taking a closer look at how these orders are handled and making this right.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
