  Not sure if it was the pure desperation of finding something to eat late, but this locations food was absolutely amazing. Stopped by here on the way back home, definitely recommend for late night eats!

  Seriously the worse. You wait for 30 minutes with no word in the car hop just to have to pull around to the drive through and wait another 30 minutes. Tried to dine in but apparently can’t. Okay I wrote this while waiting in the drive through after 39 minutes. I have them 20 more minutes just to pull off. I wasted an hour and a half of my time traveling through with hungry kids for literally nothing. Hearing back from a manager would be nice at this point. Don’t have your location on a road people have been traveling on for hours just to lot feed people. lol

  I went to sonic the Socorro NM location I received a footlong coney and the hot dog was so burnt and wrinkled it was black and almost hollowed out. Totally unacceptable and not edible. Idk how the cook looked at that hotdog and thought it could be edible and acceptable. I live about 15 miles away from Sonic so I did not drive back after coming home after a long day at work.

  Went here on our way back home and waited for over 45 minutes for our food, that we never received. I paid about $25 for the order and decided to just not wait any longer. I went to the employee door and a staff member came out and said, “We’re short staffed and there’s only 3 people working.” She said she’d check on my order and never came back out. All we ordered was a coney, mozzarella sticks and 2 sodas. Never stopping at this location again. I understand it sucks to be under staffed but some communication in the beginning that orders are taking a long time would have been nice.

  Waited an hour for an online order and it was literally a drink and an order of cheddar peppers…. after I called and asked where my order was (in a polite manner mind you) they said they would bring it out soon. I had not seen a worker come outside in the last 45 minutes. Then a lady came out and began to tell me that I need to be patient and understanding since they were short staffed. They never mentioned this once, they never came outside to say that they were backed up, and I was respectful when I called. They were rude and disrespectful after I gave them grace. Hopefully no one else experienced this today or recently…
