  Slow doesn't even begin to describe our visit yesterday. Then after all that waiting for 3 drinks an order of tots and a pretzel. The tots were cold, not even warm just cold. It would have been worth the 35 minute wait if it had been warm

  Since sonic has started making all the changes they are doing both on the app and at the stores, this location has be a joke, the food is either overcooked or undercooked, you have to wait 30 minutes to get your food, none the the drive in stalls work... it's a joke Sonic had lost the right to say they are Americans Drive in.

  Absolutely ridiculous. Was denied service at a stall. They told me only drive thru was open, unfortunately I did not have my car because it was charging across the street! I ordered through the app. It said it was supposed to be ready at 10:29 I did not receive it until 10:45 after calling multiple times I got my food. There was no manager on premises or at least the last person in a black shirt left around 10:35. Absolutely atrocious management and hospitality!

  Sat in a stall for over 10 minutes after pushing the button and no one came over the intercom or anything to take an order there was no one else that stalls in the drive-through only had about five people for being a Sonic they should be more eager to take orders and stuff would not ever recommend

  I use the app and everytime ive come here recently ive had to wait at least half an hour, one time it was just 1 dr pepper and it still took half an hour. I went tonight used the app and we waited for over 45 minutes called the store and then around the 1 hour mark they finally brought our food out. All we had was 2 burgers 2 drinks not a huge order. The food is just okay but the wait is abysmal. The car hop tried to tell us that they apparantly fired 4 people today and they are supposed to have 7 people in thekitchen and only had 4. I would only go drive through if you go here that's the only way you may possibly not wait over half an hour. Everyone that doesn't do drive through ends up waiting over half an hour. The wait is not worth the sub par food.
