  We arrived and tried to order from our car, but the person taking the order said they couldn’t hear me and told us they would send someone to take our order. No one ever came, so we decided to place the order through the app on our phone instead. After placing our order, we waited more than 30 minutes for our food. For a fast-food restaurant, that is an unreasonable amount of time to wait, especially after already having trouble placing the order. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the service needs improvement.

  25 minutes for an ice cream, and totally disgusting. Completely melted and warm. Super gross. The absolute worst sonic I have ever been to. This place should be shut down

  Food was over cooked tasted freezer burned spent 45.00 threw in the garbage only thing good was cherry limeade. Don't eat here

  Family and I were famished so we decided to stop here before our 6 hour trip back home. What a joke this place is. We spent 45 minutes before getting our food. When we first pulled up to the drive through window he handed us the drinks with no straws not even a receipt when paid for. Little while later he opens the window to hand us our food and my brother asks him where our straws were. The guy responds with, what kind of straws do you need! 😒 like seriously. Cheese on the burgers was not melted and my drink was completely wrong. No sauce nor ketchup when we asked for it while ordering. We will definitely avoid this place when we are traveling through. I give this place a big fat ZERO 0️⃣ we seen 4 people inside one who was just standing there on her phone! This place needs to be shut down or find better staff!

  We were there in the middle of the night. Ordered on line, they were quick and courteous. Wonderful service Food was great. Fresh.
