  My dad ordered the brisket sandwich and the gave him the bowl, he was not impressed. The brisket ( which wasn't much) was dry and put on some runny Mac and cheese. I ordered the Ruben and it was not good. The meat was cold and they just slapped a slice of cheese on it. In my experience as a chef and other places ive gotten Rubens the meat was chopped and the cheese was melted in with the sauerkraut. But I knew I shouldn't have expected much from an Arby's. It was super loud and we could barely hear the cashier. She didn't read the order back and had to ask to get our cups so we could get our drinks while we waited for our food. Would not recommend that particular store.

  Manager was helpful even thru technical difficulties they were able to provide great service 11/10
