  You will be ignored of you try to use the stalls rather than the drive thru, theres a bunch of kids doing near nothing while the lady with the pink hair does everything (every time I have gone), orders are never correct and you'll wait an extra five to ten minutes at the window waiting for someone to come back when you already waited just about ten minutes for the food. I shouldn't have to go home and cut my own vegetables, either. And why is the food cold? Used to love this Sonic, but it has significantly deteriorated in the last year.

  I have visited this sonic Many, Many times over the years I've lived here, there's 2 sides to this one, either you get your food in about 10-15 minutes or you spend 30 minutes sitting in the stall waiting for your singular drink while the employees play pattycake by the drink machine. (True story) I have had many negative experiences here with waiting for my order and watching the employees do everything but their job, I came one morning in January hoping to get a quick bite to eat before work but ended up sitting in the stall for roughly 35-40 minutes while 2 people stayed in the store while 4 others stood near the drive thru at the employee parking smoking weed. All in all order at your own discretion, the carhops are typically very kind and friendly but the wait times and food quality are only higher than the McDonald's in silver.

  YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOURE REALLY GETTING !! I ordered a sprite w/cherry in it ! This is what I found in the bottom of my cup ! Yuck ... so Grossed out ! 😖 I took it back & the mgr said it might b old ice cream ! 😠 she offered me another🤣!! No thanks, im DONE eating at sonic !! 👎

  6am. Took 30 minutes for our online order... We were the only customers there. They didn't start making the food till way after we got there. This is what they served. Overcooked eggs and bacon burnt to a char. Inedible. infuriating. Disgusting.

  I went and got some food today and they just threw the condiments on the burger and barely any of it was even in the burger. The pickles, bacon and jalapeños were everywhere but between the buns. It was a sloppy assemblance of the burger and my drink didnt even have ice in it. Their service is very inconsistent. Plus I got the triple burger and they only put two patties on it. I understand not liking to work in the food industry (I didnt either) but they need to give people what they pay for. Things arent cheap nowadays and getting ripped off like this is so easily preventable. Its just straight up dumb that it even happens so often at this location in the first place. Its simple food and drinks yall make. Do it right the first time its not that hard.
