  Customer service was awful, our server was very rude and asked us to pay twice for our order and wouldn’t wait when we told her we wanted to check if the transaction did went through on our side. Food was okay.

  This place has the worst customer service. The attendant must not know how to operate the call buttons. I was parked in #16 for about 15 minutes and had to hit the red button numerous times but it kept getting reset by the attendant. I even called the store and the phone rang off the hook. There were only 4 vehicles in the stall and two in the drive thru. Y'all need to do better.

  Raw onion rings, inconsistent drinks, they consistently take your order wrong at the drive thru. I’d grade this a negative number out of ten if I could. Seen a TikTok where the manager throwing boxes over the fence instead of disposing of it, what about keeping the community clean?

  Sonics is my all time fave when it comes to refreshing drink selections. So many drink combinations to choose from.

  We are passing through and wanted to grab a quick bite. Food came out fast. It was hot, crispy, and not overly greasy (like many sonics seem to be). The manager is ON IT! We've been watching him run around getting it done. Very orderly, quick and kind.
