⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands Down the Best McDonald’s Experience We’ve Ever Had!
My wife and I were driving back to Texas from California when we got hungry around 6:52 PM on July 17. Instead of going through the drive-through, we decided to stop and eat inside this McDonald’s in Santa Rosa.
We are so glad we did!
The first thing we noticed was how clean the restaurant was. It smelled great, the atmosphere was welcoming, and then we heard one of our favorite Christian songs playing — 10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord) by Matt Redman. As Christians, that immediately made us smile. ❤️
Then we met Abel Aragon, the MOD who served us. Abel was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. He checked on us twice during our meal to make sure we had everything we needed and asked if everything was exceeding our expectations. That kind of genuine customer service is rare these days.
Everything about our experience was on point — cleanliness, food, atmosphere, and especially the people.
We have eaten at countless McDonald’s locations over the years, and I can honestly say this was hands down the best McDonald’s experience we have ever had.
I actually kept our receipt because I promised myself I would contact the owner, but unfortunately the ink faded before I could get home. I called the restaurant today to get the details, and I also spoke with GM Bianca, who was just as friendly and helpful.
Mr. Jack Robertson should be extremely proud of his team. Abel, Bianca, and the entire staff are doing something special at this location.
As travelers who were tired and hungry after a long day on the road, we felt genuinely welcomed. And hearing 10,000 Reasons while being treated with such kindness made the experience even more meaningful.
Thank you to the entire team for reminding us that great customer service, kindness, and a little Christian heart and love can make an ordinary stop at McDonald’s something memorable. ❤️
Keep it up, Santa Rosa McDonald’s! You have a team worth being proud of.
5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Several tables needed wiping. I noticed but another customer mentioned this to me as I looked for a place to sit. Fries were ok. Burger seemed under cooked but acceptable. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was efficient and courteous.
Terrible place, I have ordered a large drink but they gave me medium size and were saying that was large. Very rude employees. Cup clearly shows the size of the drink. Why you trying to fool people?

Had to give one star just to leave a review. We are traveling from Albuquerque. Stopped by this morning to order breakfast to head back. Didn't realize we couldn't park in the McDonalds parking lot. This woman, which i didn't get her name, heavy set with glasses hair in a bun came out very rude, no customer service at all rudely telling us we couldn't park there, ended up cussing first regarding her shirt when my husband said there's no business, in other words we weren't blocking anyone. The issue isn't where we parked, if she had approached us kind, and let us know with professionalism we would have moved our truck and parked in the designated area. But she was so rude and cussing we ended up leaving. We will never go to that place ever again. Allsups is so much better with their customer service!!! You need to really train your employees and teach them HOW to approach a customer instead of walking out with an attitude!!! Worst McDonalds EVER!!!!
Hands down the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, tables dirty, floors dirty, trash cans overflowing. Rude employees. Order was wrong, employee acted put out when asked to make it right.
