  I barely come here, but after this experience, I honestly had to say something. 😩 Y’all really need to work on taking orders correctly and making sure the orders are right. The drive-thru was a complete mess. I accidentally paid for someone else’s order, and instead of refunding the payment, we were told we couldn’t get it refunded, so we ended up taking the order we had already paid for. Unfortunately, the food we received was horrible. The order was not made right, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I understand mistakes happen, but when you’re paying for food, you expect the order to at least be correct and the food to be decent. Definitely not an experience that makes me want to come back. 😕 thanks Coen L...

  This is a new place and it shows. Not near enough staff for a Saturday. We waited over 35min for our food along with others. That is not fast for fast food. Those poor employees needed more help.

  Waited in drive-thru 20 minutes got soggy french fries, immediately asked for fresh ones and received them. When we ate hamburger it was cold, the bread seemed to have not even been warmed up, almost like it just came out of the refrigerator.

  I ordered curbside pickup because I had my son with me. Waited 10 minutes and no one came. Finally we went inside and the lady at the counter was rude. Got our food and went home. Food is COLD. Fries were gross because they were so cold. The burger wasn't even hot. Next time I'll go to Rio Rancho.

  The Whataburger in Santa Fe is terrible compared to those in Albuquerque. I purchased a pattymelt meal. The sandwich had two flat layers of so called meat looking nothing like the menu pictures that absolutely tasted like cardboard. After several bites l trashed the order. I don't know if it's the cooks along with the quality of their meat having been downgraded? I can say this, the meat their using doesn't taste real. Until something drastic changes at the one here in Santa Fe l will only eat at the one's in Albuquerque.
