Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Got my order completely wrong and charged me for a drink. When I called and spoke to the manager to see if the could help me. They said my order didn’t exist and I said my bank statement shows I’ve been charged and they tell me that my order doesn’t exist in their system. The manager was also extremely rude to me over the phone, I actually use to like coming here but the customer service is extremely bad, your better off going somewhere else if you want better service. Now I know why this place is rated 3.3 stars it ain’t for nothing

Best breakfast sandwich to the worst cheese burger! I was so looking forward to Whataburger opening in Santa Fe and only two days ago had the absolute best breakfast sandwich I've had anywhere to yesterday's double meat cheeseburger that was possibly the worst cheeseburger I've ever experienced. Meat was dry and flavorless, apparently cooked beforehand and slapped between oversized buns. Sadly, we won't be returning for burgers.

Stooped by for lunch 2 days ago. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the food was exactly what I expected. I live in Las Vegas, NV and I would trade in an out for whataburger every single time! Coming from a city which is based on hospitality and known for its customer service, it was an amazing experience to be served by Aintonette and the cashier with the green hair! 5 star, 5 diamond service from these 2 employees! Thank you.

Female that took order was very rude and wouldn't let me finish my order anytime I spoke she responded "what else" "what else", not even a couple seconds of telling her the order (like a drink) she would say "what else". Even when I was giving her the drink I wanted she would make a comment and say "oh yeah" and then laugh. Tried to look at order on screen and it was gone before I could even look at it. Got to the window and asked the female to read the order again as it was gone before I could look at it. First she told me "didn't you check the screen?" I told her "no because it disappeared before I could check it". She started to read the order I couldn't hear her so I asked her to start over and speak up. She got upset, rolled her eyes and started a little louder but then went low again. She said that there was a double meat I stopped her and said "we didn't order a double meat". She replied back and said "well you did because it's on your order". I told her "well I didn't order a double meat". She told me hold on and closed the window talked to another female employee. Opened the window again and said " the order has two double meats one with cheese and one without". I again told her again "we didn't order any double meats so it is wrong". Then she said again hold on and closed the window. Started talking to the same female (like it was the girl that took the order because she kept looking out the window giving dirty looks to us. Which she has messed up on our orders before (inside the lobby) and had to tell her it was wrong) and then the Manager came by the window. She was talking to him also. He then came to the window and said " what is the problem"? I again told him that our order was wrong. He said " didn't you check the screen"? I told him (the samething I told the female) "No because the screen disappeared before I could read it and asked her to repeat the order when I got to the window. She started to read the order and said there was two double meats one with cheese and one without. And I did not order any double meats. I ordered two #1 and two #5 and a kids meal." He looked at the screen and said "well it shows you ordered two double meats". I again told him "I didn't order any double meats". He asked me to pull forward and he'll be right out. I pulled forward about 3-5 minutes later he came out with bags in his hand and started to read the order. Again he said double meat. I again told him I didn't order any double meats. He then said I'll take that off. He started to read the order and it was wrong. I asked him if I could see the paper that had the order. There was two orders that were wrong. We advised the manager that there are some orders that are different because there is an allergy to some stuff. And he said they come with mustard, pickles, onions and lettuce. I said I know that is why we order it the way we need the order. He then said "you need to tell us that (rudely) I told him I did tell them that and again that it why I wanted her to repeat it again since I couldn't read the screen because it disappeared and she was reading it wrong. I asked him what his name was and he gave me his name Cesar. I also asked for the girl that took the order and the girl at the window name. He told me he couldn't give me their name because they are minors. Don't they wear name tags? There was two people with allergies and that is what I was making sure of. But seems like the manager and employees don't care about customers. And they would rather argue, roll their eyes, laugh and be rude to a customer and give them an order that they didnt order. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, ROLLED EYE AND VERY RUDE.

What an amazing experience at Whataburger in Santa Fe! My hotel was only one block away, so I walked over a little after midnight to grab something to eat. At first, I was disappointed to learn that only the drive-thru was open. Since I was on foot and didn’t have a car, I thought I was out of luck. That’s when Norbert stepped in and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He made an exception and brought my order out through the entrance door so I could still get food despite not being in a vehicle. There was quite a line at the drive-thru, so I had to wait a little while. To my complete surprise, Norbert later told me that the entire meal was on the house. I was genuinely blown away by such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Good customer service is rare these days, and exceptional customer service is even rarer. Norbert turned what could have been a disappointing situation into a memorable experience. His kindness, professionalism, and generosity made my night. Thank you, Norbert, and thank you, Whataburger. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Santa Fe!
