- GKG Kuhnsman1 day ago5.0Terra arranged a special dinner for me and it was superb. The place setting outside was beautiful and set in their serene outdoor patio area. The staff and chef were so friendly and attentive. The food was also exquisite with many locally inspired flavors and ingredients from their garden that made it way onto our table in a multi-course experience. We particularly enjoyed the creativity with which the chef was able to deliver an incredible meal. This was a highlight of our trip!

We specifically asked for the kids meals to come out immediately as kids do get restless. That did not happen. In fact, our starters came before the kids meal. The overall presentation was awful. We asked twice for a birthday candle and that request fell on deaf ears. The churro dessert was burnt. They did not bring one decaf cappucicno. Frankly speaking, this meal and service for a 4 seasons restaurant was abysmal. A final note, the maitre'd did comp some part of the meal but that didn't make the experience any better
