Even though I saw the butcher cutting the meat evidently it wasn’t the correct meat because in the first helping there were two bones in the meat. Brisket never has bones in it! I do not know what kind of meat. Rudy’s in Santa Fe, NM is using that they are charging for moist brisket, but it was very disappointing to have bones in it that are very dangerous. Go to The Ranch House in Santa Fe NM to get the best moist brisket. I will go back to The Ranch House and not go to Rudy‘s again! So sad because it used to be good when Rudy’s was first built in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
