Who ever had the brilliant idea of cutting a piece of meat before serving is an IDIOT!!! ANYONE who eats meat knows that the minute you cut into a steak it started loosing its juices. So there my well seasoned steak was sitting on the plate DRYING OUT and GETTING COLD all the much sooner for being cut up. I am writing this review to HOPEFULLY get the attention of the people that decide things to let you know this choice is a BAD CHOICE...it is actually a HUGE MISTAKE!!!!

I spent $65 and honestly could’ve gone somewhere else and had a much better meal. The salmon was completely burnt, the rice was hard and undercooked, 2 of my 4 shrimp were still pink, and the steak quesadilla was burnt as well. How are we burning some food while other items are undercooked? This was unacceptable and not what I expected for $65. I feel like I wasted my money and hope management addresses this with the kitchen. Proof is in the picture.
