  Haven’t had a bad experience here until Sunday evening, 6/21/2026. Usually if I do a mobile order the sandwich is bussin, but this time whoever made it needs to be retrained because what do you mean I had bread with a little bit of stuff on it. They didn’t even put the stuff I asked to be on it. It was the plainest, most bland sandwich ever. I gave it a four cause typically we have a great experience, but man that was a very disappointing sandwich.

  Not been good for a couple months now as of 6/19/26. Today ordered a large ranch over the app; revived half full container. No way to refund through the app. Last straw. I like the food but the service has been disappointing

  Efrain f, who worked tonight, 4/24/26 who appeared to be working by himself was wonderful. We were in town getting a dress for my daughter at Dillards and decided we wanted Jimmy Johns before heading home to Rio Rancho. We had a lovely experience because of him, he was patient when we didn’t know what we wanted and then I was really wanting to try the cucumber salad but at that time there wasn't any left. I was disappointed but he was kind enough to offer to make more, he actually insisted even though I didn't want to put him out by making it he was so kind and made some for me. The sandwich tasted great, it had been so long since we had Jimmy Johns I was excited that the food tasted as good as I remember. So glad we stopped here. He is a great employee, you guys are lucky to have him there.

  I never post reviews but feel like I had to post this one. I went in on Saturday with my family and the worker said the seating was closed and we would have to get our order to go. It was 2:15 in the afternoon so I argued with the employee and wanted to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager and that we were acting entitled and started cussing at us in front of my kids. We did end up going to the other jimmy John’s on st Michael’s and they gave us free sandwiches which I appreciated. I really like Jimmy John’s food but won’t be going back to this location.
