- JMJoycelyn MooreMay 4, 20261.0Not gonna lie, after having to send my pizza back to be remade, and it still wasn't right, I started wondering if whomever was making it knew how to read! Either that or, the second time, it was purposely done (Maybe they didnt like having to remake it). Fix it right the first time and you wouldn't have to🤷🏾♀️. Just a little food for thought. It's really this simple, give people what they asked and paid for. You wouldn't like paying for something and not getting what you wanted; nobody does. Or maybe we can try this: Fix people's food with the same level of care that you'd fix yours.

- RQRamon QuintanaApr 8, 20261.0First time going to this Dominoes. Greeted by a female emplyee who I believe was the shift manager. Ordered a medium pizza. When paying, I pulled out a gift card, handed it to her. She pointed to the card reader and told me to press the green button to clear. Never had to do that with a card reader before so she repeated bit more tersely. Took put my other card to pay the balance. Again was told to press the button to clear. She was becoming impatient. As I was trying to leave a tip, she loudly said to just slide my card. She was quite annoyed and made me feel stupid. Not to mention when I got the pizza, it was not quite what I wanted. Thin crust instead of regular, and $26!!!! Never again at that location!!

A few minutes after that I received a call from a young lady letting me know that she was now delivering my pizza... I did get a bit upset, I was extremely Hangry, but then I realized that the manager was the one delivering my pizza because the original driver was having issues with his vehicle. That is what customer service is. That is a great manager. Thank you.
