Her customer service was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time — she made sure everything was perfect and had such a positive attitude the entire time. - FLFrank LopezMay 10, 20263.0Don't order the grilled chicken tenders. They will severely char them and the manager will try to convince you that it's normal because undercooked chicken is dangerous. I've had these chicken tenders at other Cracker Barrel and the are fully cooked but not charred.

I called on May 1st around 11:30 a.m., and not one, not two, but THREE different “managers” were completely unable to answer a simple question. How is that even acceptable? I had to repeat who I was and why I was calling multiple times because apparently no one communicates with each other. Then the last manager I spoke to was incredibly rude—he asked who I was AGAIN, even after I had already explained everything to the previous two employees. Instead of helping, he gave attitude and then hung up on me. Hung up. On a customer. Absolutely unacceptable. This is not customer service. This is disorganized, disrespectful, and a complete waste of time. If your managers can’t answer basic questions and treat customers like this, there is a serious problem.
