  I asked for a single cheeseburger with the regular lettuce tomato ketchup stuff just the pickles on the side in French fries, got home I got a bun with a burger and cheese and nothing else. Fries on the side with the pickles. Called the lady on the phone gave me a hard time which was the same lady who had too much attitude when I was just trying to place the order and ask for a margarita drink with lots of ice and no alcohol and wouldn't even allow me to try to finish. I have a difficult time moving around and driving there for food was a chore. I will make it known that if anybody ever wishes to go there they should not. Service was apporably horrible.

  I went tonight and made an online order for pick up. They were quick and had my order ready to go. We got home and were disappointed. Online the food had veggies and a good amount of sauce. What we got was breaded filet on a bun soaked in sauce. No veggies and visually a wreck. The chicken tasted good, the bun was nice. The sauce was a mess but it tasted good. The housemade ranch was perfect. The fries I got were slightly less greasy than McDonald's but to be honest were just not good. My husband choose potatoes wedges and those did not look great but tasted wonderful. Not over cooked, soft and crisp. The strawberry lemonade was nice. It wasn't the worst resturant experience but it definitely had room for improvement. For the price we will likely be opting out of going here again.

  I ordered a Caesar chicken salad on line. Picked it up and brought it home. Paid $15 and get it in a plastic bag with the handles tied up. Untie it and thinking the box it's in is a good size. It's half the size of Dions chef salad and double the price. First time getting a salad from BWW and it will be the last. Very unhappy with the serving amount for the price and also just by the way it looks like it was just thrown in to the to go box. Don't even want to eat it by the way it looks. Not very happy with the to go servings. Will be calling the Mgr in the morning and showing them a Pic of it.

  After dinning in would say would not come back I order a to go option to take home and waited over an hour after paying to get it and when trying to get help the servers ignored me then forgot some of the food we ordered and too long to get the right things.
