  First time visitor in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Decided to order Sonic for my family since I didn’t have a vehicle to take. DoorDash was fine, the people who work at Sonic was the issue. They forgot some of our food and drinks. They had the door dasher contact me about replacing the ice cream orders I placed because their ice cream machine wasn’t available. They wouldn’t give me any options to replace those items with. I was going back and forth with the door dasher. I asked for a refund on the ice creams orders. They told me to call tomorrow to get a refund for those items. It’s ridiculous that this place can’t properly put 4 meals together. Also, leaving out the condiments/ wacky toys out. Food was soggy and not worth it. I won’t be ordering here anymore.

  El peor servicio de cualquier Sonic que he visitado. Espere respuesta por 40minutos y no fui atendida. Al preguntar a la única persona que salía me dijo “Sorry”. Pida por la aplicación aquí estamos rebasados solo habemos dos personas atendiendo. Me fui a McDonald

  If you don’t want to work in customer service- don’t. It’s not my fault that training someone makes your food 30 mins late. Managers were unhelpful, entire staff was rude and we watched them laugh and have fun while claiming they were training one car hop. Brought part of my order out, was rude about me reminding them of what was missing, then sent the rude blonde out to serve up some bad attitude with it, AFTER I had to get her from giving my food to another car. Unprofessional, unorganized and incompetent. Period. Save yourself the trip and go anywhere else. Anywhere.

  had 2 $7 meal deals doordashed and we were missing the drinks and the patties were hard and the bottom bun was hard. i would give zero stars if i could. worst exoerience ever.
