  Hit or miss with this place. Not like a regular Sonic. May or may not be open when you get there. No park and order. Drive thru only. Takes forever. About average for Ruidoso. Prices much higher than other Sonic's .

  DONT ORDER MOBILE PICK UP PAST 10PM THEY WONT BRING IT OUT AND THEY WONT SAY ANYTHING THEY WILL LET YOU SIT THERE.

  Horrible customer service, no idea what their doing and waited in the stall for 20 mins and didn’t get no help.

  They got our order wrong. Which should have been easy because we ordered 2 meals. Then im guessing the people in front of us as well because it was the longest wait ever at a sonic!!

  Worst place to ever go. Owners don’t care and managers don’t care. Stop giving money to the owners who make over $300,000,000 a year from their stores. Ordered shakes, told machine doesn’t work because it rains into the walls. It’s been three weeks and I still haven’t gotten a refund. Was told by manager machine was working. Went back and ordered a sundae and a sonic blast. Again, not working. After waiting 15 minutes an employee finally comes out and tells me no ice cream again. Asked the employee to refund the order. The employee refunded the order minus the $2 tip. Contacted the manager and sonic for about the tenth time trying to get an answer as to why getting a refund is so hard. No answer from anyone. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to McDonalds instead.
