  EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE me and my friends wanted pizza for dinner and after a long road trip from El Paso, wanted something to eat. We usually go to little ceasers back home and the occasional pizza hut, but we decided to try pizza hut for the first time in Ruidoso. unfortunately this was also our last. It took us 15 to even be acknowledged, keep in mind there was an employee in the kitchen just standing around doing nothing. My friend, who has worked in the service industry for years who understands the struggles of restaurant industry, made eye contact with her 3 times trying to get her attention but she’d just look away. We tried getting the workers attention but they all ignored us until finally a kind male employee assisted us. they said it’ll be 10 minutes but in reality it took 20. We were already frustrated at this point but already paid 18 bucks for a normal pepperoni pizza so we just went with it. in addition, the waiting area for to-go food is directly in front of the kitchen or enough to where can see into the back of house. if the food is going to be taking forever and a half and is mediocre at best, at LEAST make sure the employees are wearing gloves when they prep the food. Ruidoso needs to add a Little Ceasers they’d never do guests dirty like this location.

  Only good for last min options or when you are already wondering town. I see it busy mainly for the booze and stuff like that. The food is ok at best.

  Never got refills Waiter ignored us when we called out to her we had to go ask for refills from front office then they sent a different person service not good and we heard them say we’re all good they didn’t notice. We didn’t notice what? Food was good though

  Horrific customer service, came for a weekend family trip and the server was having a meltdown because she had to wait on a party of 10. Kids these days should not work if they can’t handle the job duties. God forbid she had to “refill our drinks individually”.

  Melanie was very helpful and very respectful. She deserves a raise and a top manager spot in the company I believe.
