    At 6:26 pm today, I went through the drive‑through to place an order. When I reached the window, I immediately noticed that multiple items were missing. I informed the employee, who was polite and asked me to pull forward so they could bring me what was missing and charge me there. Before moving, I realized another item was also missing, so I stayed to let them know. That is when the so‑called manager “Hope” came to the window and began yelling at me, speaking to me with an attitude that was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and outright hostile. Her behavior was aggressive, unnecessary, and absolutely unacceptable for anyone—let alone someone in a management position. Hope’s conduct showed a complete lack of training, leadership, emotional control, and basic customer‑service standards. No customer should ever be treated the way she treated me. Her behavior was not a “bad moment”—it was a clear sign that she is not fit to be in charge of anything or anyone. I strongly urge upper management to take immediate action. Hope should not be in a managerial role. She needs to be replaced with someone who actually understands professionalism, respect, and how to treat customers properly.

    They are constantly messing up orders and serving cold French fries. I went in for a messed up order and the manager I spoke to didn’t even offer a remake or care they didn’t serve my food properly and when I got a refund back my cheeseburger was very pink and raw still. They are careless. And have horrible customer service. I’m never giving them business again. I’ve never had a McDonald’s as terrible as this one.
