- LALuke Anthony4 days ago2.0So. Ordered mango habanero wings and a sandwich . Got home opened up and got dry unflavored wings. The sandwich was burnt. Called back. They said they were out of mango habanero? Could that have been addressed at time of order? No attention to detail and service is sad. Was good prior. Looks like we have to source our wings elsewhere.

- JBJusta BunnySep 27, 20261.0What happened to Wingstop?? I wanted to go to flavor town but I was rejected TWICE. Last night I went in at 11pm to place an order but I was told they stop taking in store orders at 11 so I decided I'd try again today at 9pm instead. First I walked in and was greeted like normal and told I'd need to wait a moment to place an order. I said okay and sat down. The employee told me she was waiting for her manager to take my order. I thought that was weird but didn't argue. When the manager came out (about 15 minutes later) she seemed irritated and was talking to the employee sternly about some Wingstop stuff. She looked up at me and my partner briefly with a rude look and told the employee that she will take "this last order" but then she's not taking anymore because "it's just too busy" there. (Idk what's going on but it was just me and my partner there and the online orders where already packaged, ready to be picked up...) My partner and I felt awkward being there and so we just got up and left. I've never felt so awkward and unwelcome in a restaurant before or been so confused at a Wingstop. I hope something will change ASAP because we need Wingstop back!

Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
