Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Amazing experience as this was my first time at a whataburger ever. Service with a smile and the fries were hot and salty. Burger looked like an ad.

Order was wrong, all burgers had "NO CHEESE" and put mustard and pickles on my burger even though I told them not to, came fully dressed but again, no cheese on ANY of the burgers we ordered. Won't be back... wow, whataburger

Worst Whataburger I've ever been to.
My family of 4 arrived at 12:01 PM. The drive-thru only had a few cars, and there were only 3 people waiting inside. The trash can was overflowing, there was trash on the floor, and every table in the lobby was dirty.we figured a big party had just left so we waited.
We didn't get to place our order until 12:24 PM. Lucy, the manager, never acknowledged the people waiting in line.
After ordering, we waited until 1:23 PM for our food. When I asked for an update, I was just told, "We're working on it."
When we finally got our food, the order was wrong. We received the wrong size fries, and two of our #13 meals were missing their toast(didnt notice till we got to our room). To make matters worse, one of the #13 meals had a gray hair in it didnt see it till we got back to our room.
James was the only employee who helped when I brought up the issues. Lucy ignored me when I tried to get assistance.
While waiting, I spoke with other customers who were also frustrated and had been waiting a very long time. There were 5 employees working when we arrived, so I don't understand why service was so slow.and yes we waited so long we remembered names of employees.
We're from Texas and eat at Whataburger often. Never have I had to wait this long for food or seen a Whataburger this dirty. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any Whataburger.

By far the worst service out of any establishment I’ve been to. Only reason I come is it’s really the only place open late at night, I ordered my food 15 minutes before I even came to the drive through. It has been 40 minutes and still haven’t got 2 chicken biscuits.

This was my first time to Whataburger. I can't say it was the worst. Indefinitely can say one and done was good for me. The seating area was simi busy. It wasbt clean, empty tables left dirty, food cake out timely but it ust wasn't to the quality I expected. At least at this location. I'm big on cleanliness at food establishment me being in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. There's always a team member hat can clean and reset the dining area. Staff was extremely friendly they just had no urgency to upkeep the dinning area. I won't be returning not because it was horrible. The experience and the food was for me a one time experience for me.
