  This was awful from the get-go. I wanted two tropical smash burgers. I'm not sure what I ended up with. I think they're just regular triple smashburgers. I also wanted a regular Sonic cheeseburger with no onions and add bacon. They loaded it down with onions. The lady taking my order did not listen to anything I said, even after repeating myself several times. When I got to the drive-thru the guy at the drive-thru window told me he just didn't know how to read when he read the order wrong to me. I told him what to fix and he supposedly fixed it but it's still wrong now that I'm home. I haven't been to the Sonic in a long time. I used to go all the time. With this experience I will not be coming back anytime soon

  We decided to stop by our favorite sonic Thursday July 30th around 9:15pm for shakes and a blast because sonic tastes better especially when it comes to shakes, however on our 30 minute drive home my husband finds a piece of foam in his blast so he stops eating it and sets it down then we get home and they put 2 cups on it because there is a massive hole in the bottom of it and little bit of styrofoam mixed in the ice cream this is not the first time we’ve had issues but the others were overcooked or missing nuggets on the 7 dollar meal which they were busy and short staffed so I didn’t complain however this is a safety hazard imagine if a child had gotten ahold of it and being a restaurant manager for over 10 years I’d say this is highly inexcusable, not to mention pure laziness I mean you punched a hole in it remake it, things happen I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY PLEASE TALK TO YOUR STAFF THIS IS A MAJOR CONCERN FOR YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMERS. ALSO IF WE HAVE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED!!!
