  Took the person working 45 minutes to get our order correct! Lost the first order, reordered, tried to give me another persons order, then had to remind her of what I had ordered. Told me that they were waiting on one item (meanwhile the other food is now cold and soggy). Finally gave it to me and shut the door abruptly, as if I was in the wrong.

  Went there this morning the girl answered and said system was down but she was able to help excellently with my ordering I believe she said her name was Kylie . French toast sticks were great

  I had an excellent chicken sandwich. I was very surprised, but then I tried the super sonic double cheeseburger and the patties tasted like they had been in a warmer instead of being freshly made. They had a plant protein rubber-like texture. When sonic burger patties are made fresh, they are delicious with browned edges, but when they have been sitting they are the worst burgers, just like you get from the school lunch room in Roswell. Did I mention the chicken sandwich was pretty incredible?

  Really like the new staff working for West 2nd. The gentleman working on drive through, I believe his name was Ray was very polite and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and our drinks were ice cold and refreshing. Only took about 2 minutes to get both my husband and I’s meals. Will be returning soon!

  It's like they purposely hired the employees that can't read from McDonald's. Sonic is horrible they mess up my order all the time never fix it correct it or refund me. Last order I made was through doordash so ridiculous. No lettuce and no mayo means just that. That for stealing the rest of my money for food I cant eat. Thanks for almost killing me.
