  We did visit Jimmy John's for lunch and we like the place, everything is always fresh and tasty. However, yesterday we went through the drive thru, for two 🥑 avocado turkey sandwiches 🥪. We could not believe, that we were shorted the avocado. I was really bummed, but being confrontational is not cup of tea. We will continue doing business with Jimmy John's, the employees are young and are experiencing the work force for the first time. I don't know, perhaps a little pep talk, we used mayo instead thanks.

  Pretty mid, ordered for pick up and they forgot my drink and barely added enough oil and vinegar to my sandwich, sandwich was dry

  Would seriously appreciate your continuity person to make sure all orders are complete before delivering. I requested mayo packs AGAIN and never received them.

  Xavier was super friendly and patient with us. We’re from out of town and we don’t have a Jimmy John’s and we’ve never been to Jimmy John’s. He waited patiently and even helped us through the menu while we figured out what we wanted, the food was delicious. We got back to our motel and one of the sandwiches was messed up. Xavier took care of it no questions asked!
