Absolutely. I’d make it firm, detailed, and focused on what happened, so it comes across as a legitimate customer review rather than just an angry complaint.
Very Disappointing Customer Service
This was my first time purchasing a Polar Pizza Cake from Dunkin’ Donuts in Roswell, NM, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The box was clearly marked with a price of $23. When I went to pay, I noticed my total was higher, so I asked the employee what I was being charged. She told me $25. I pointed out that the price on the box said $23, and her response was, “I don’t make the cakes, so I don’t know.”
I told her that the prices on the boxes should probably be corrected if they are no longer accurate. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, the employee responded, “Well, you don’t have to buy from here.”
I was shocked by the way I was spoken to. I then asked to speak with the manager because I felt the employee’s attitude toward me was completely inappropriate. Unfortunately, when the manager came out, nothing was really done to address the situation.
I understand that mistakes happen and that prices can change, but customers should not be made to feel like they are a problem for simply asking about a price that is clearly displayed on the product. The employee’s attitude and the lack of response from management made this a very unpleasant first experience.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the pricing issue and the way customers are treated.
