The wings are overcooked, really dry and tough to chew. It takes a while for anyone to wait on you when you first walk in. And it doesn't seem to get as much business as the other BWW that I've been in or driven by.

I was in BWW tonight and had a server that was around 18 years old she had told us. It took about 25 to 30 minutes to get our food which wasn’t a big deal but all our drinks we’re empty for a good 10 before she came around to take another order while we were waiting on the food. The wings finally came out and they were definitely overcooked. We didn’t receive an order of celery and carrots that we had also ordered so just cancelled. Our wings were delivered and the waitress left. We had no share plates and no napkins. We waited another 10 minutes and couldn’t even start eating our wings as we hadn’t received these yet. After another LONG wait with our server not coming by I asked the bartender if I could get another wine. She said I had to get from the server. I mentioned she hadn’t been around a lot and then the bartender was extremely rude in stating “ she’s been by several times I’ve seen her”. This was absolutely not true. They were fairly busy so not sure how she could have known what our experience had been. We were patient but you should not sit at a table with wings sitting in front of you and not be able to even eat them. she was busy and I understand that, but never any apology. We still ultimately tipped $20 on our 90 dollar bill as I think the server meant well but customer service is just going away. Next time I will not be so generous as I just don’t get the feeling they cared much. Good Job BWW, Im out.

I usually order on doordash but the past couple weeks it said they're closed. I decided to show to today at 6:11 pm and I was told their manager said they're not taking orders for 10-15 minutes. Usually a restaurant will tell you the wait will be longer than usual. She didn't even take my order. What restaurant has a manager that tells their employees to literally turn customers away? Unheard of. The employee also needs to be trained to apologize and say thank you snd you're welcome when an order is placed. I know it's something that gen Z is not used to , but management can set the expectation and they will do it.

I can only imagine running this store in Roswell. With limited work force to choose from. How does they sayin go “feast or famine” Business is either too much or too little. So staffing the right number of employees is always going to be an issue. That said food was great and the staff on 6-21-26 did a great job keeping the wheels from coming off on what I would assume was a busier than expected Father’s Day. I absolutely could tell when the rush was over especially when staff finally got a chance to go to the restroom. And I could tell that some stayed past their shifts. I’m very observant. Like I said I would be exhausted if I had to manage this store. That said hats off to this service team. Food is a thankless job-so I tip 25% because this team deserves it.
