  You place an order an hour before to be ready by a certain time and it’s still not ready. Server says “its just not done” even though you ordered a while back. Terrible service

  Came in around 10pm, we stood at the host stand for about five minutes waiting to be greeted, in that time a server walked by us and the manager on duty walked by us twice but didn't acknowledge us. Finally a host came up and sat us. We ordered a beer and a glass of wine. The glass of wine came out and the server dropped it at the table and didn't say anything else. The beer never came. As I inspected the glass it was dirty. Hard dry water marks all over to the point it was crusty. I couldn't drink from that. We waited about 10 minutes and the server never came back, never explained where the beer was either. We just got up left.

  Terrible service at this place. They brought only half of our order without giving us any explanation. They never refilled our drinks — we had to ask, and even then, they never brought them. This is not the first time this has happened to us. Hopefully the company pays attention to these kinds of comments, because this is already a repeated issue for me.

  The service was awful. They got the favor of my orden wrong, didnt add my drink or any ranch. I ordered online it was SPECIFIC. I also called to complain and after my complaint they hung up on me. I was respectful about It and they still gave awful service. This was on May 1st at 3:49pm so whoever was working that shift mightve been the disrespectful, and childish person who jusg hung up on me.

  So I decided to come in to watch a hockey game after work. I sat at the bar and I asked when the bartender took my order if I could get the hockey game on you of the TVs. She said sure. 15 minutes later I asked again and she told me she was waiting for someone else who could do it because she wasnt able to change channels. Then 10 minutes later I asked her once she came back over who controlled the remotes so I could ask them directly and she snapped at me that no one does. She was just too busy to change the channel for me. Then proceeded to snap at me saying "cant you see im busy" My question why lie to me? Why not just say ill try to get to it but im really busy. Maybe then i could have got my food to go or just went somewhere else to watch the game. The manager came out after and at least covered my food because I wanted out of the bad environment created by that bartender. Terrible bartender!
