  Anytime we have stopped when traveling roswell NM Arby's is our favorite location to eat at. The team truly goes above and beyond always friendly and the food doesnt taste yucky or cold.

  06/24/26 The casheir was nice inspite of working with no ac on a 100° day! It was at least 90° in there. Thats not ok for the qorkers or customers! Then we get home and try the food. Curly fries are always good but there was no cheese on the beef and CHEDDAR,and im not sure what the deal with the meat was. It wasnt normal thin sliced meat it was like brown bologna. Disgusting. First time ive ever not finished that sandwich. The owner REALLY needs to get the ac fixed. Thats completely unacceptable. And then to see a few reviews down that its been out for months. Disgusting. Our town has to man hvac companies for the ac to be out. .. i feel BAD for the employees.

  Every order was wrong. Roast beef tasted like it was boiled. Will not return.

  Good food customer service is good no a.c is ridiculous and nasty as all flies are flying around u nd u would think as an owner or manager you could bring fans in to accommodate s ok. What right...nope not this arbys....whatever wont be back until accommodate is fixed
