  Good food customer service is good no a.c is ridiculous and nasty as all flies are flying around u nd u would think as an owner or manager you could bring fans in to accommodate s ok. What right...nope not this arbys....whatever wont be back until accommodate is fixed

  Ordered 6 Arby's sandwiches with cheese got home and it was hamburgers not roast beef couldn't take them back we live a hour away very very disappointed kids were upset

  Ordered a gyro...this is how it came. Fairly certain the pita bread was expired, meat was cold and flavorless...and the girl working the window couldn't be more rude if she tried. I like Arby's, but like everywhere else in roswell, there's zero pride or work ethic here. I hope they go outta business.

  Half the time I come here there closing hours early and half the shit I want isn’t available, they can’t remember to put whip cream on a shake or French dip sauce with a French dip, 80% of the time I order a cherry turnover I get apple, this place is such a joke I’m amazed y’all get paid
