  I had my husband go grab us drinks because I had to stay back with my baby, this was our first time having 7 Brew. I was unaware that there were no decaf options, I'd originally asked for a Blondie decaf (my brother asked for a funnel cake marchito and my husband asked for a strawberry matcha latte himself). Husband called me to let me know no decaf options were available. I told him to then just get me a Cloud 9 matcha latte and cancel the Blondie. They got the order entirely wrong! They gave us the Blondie and the Cloud 9 Matcha latte. The location wasn't even busy! I've worked restaurant jobs, I did in high school as well. It's really not that freaking hard! I'm annoyed and irritated, I have no drink! I can't have regular coffee as it irritates my baby's belly and my husband can't have espresso at all! Now we have an extra drink no one can have and had to end up sharing the matcha. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

  First time having 7 Brew. Annoyed, my husband went since I had to stay back with my baby, I didn't know there was no decaf option, changed my drink to a Cloud 9 matcha latte and told them to cancel my Blondie, they didn't do that. And now I have no drink. 🙄😤😠😠😠

  Absolutely love the alien decor and the drinks are amazing! Staff is always helpful in ordering the right drink and the drinks taste wonderful.

  I went by for a simple drink, but yet they couldn’t even make it with lemonade and tea or the drink for my tea wasn’t even sweet at all.

  Service at this place is horrible. If you’re in the outside line, they will not bring you your order inside line will take orders after yours is placed and you still will be waiting on yours. Make sure you’re on the inside lane they completely ignore you on the outside lane.
