  I am highly allergic to tomatoes. I ordered a number 5 with no tomatoes. They had but tomatoes on it I sent it back told them I was allergic. The guy at the drive thru wi dow was extremely rude about it and said you never said no tomatoes. But oth my kids heard me tell him on the loud speaker. He could of just been like I am sorry we will fix it. But he didn't. He argued with me before finally taking the food and then after a few minutes gave me back the food saying its fixed. I get home and have a weird feeling and look at my burger. There is tomatoes all over it. I cant eat it or it will kill me I am so allergic. This is the Second time this has happened. Guess we will not be going back to this whataburger with such rude young workers. I work in customer service and if I had done that my boss would be firing me knowing that I put a customer in danger on purpose. I have a picture but not sure how to post it.

  Waited at the cash register to order for several minutes while half the employees were just holding down the tile floor. I complained to the manager Tabios, he did not care, no apology just the words "what to you want." If this is the customer service you provided your store won't last long

  Took over 30 minutes in the drive through. Watched them give the guy in front of me the wrong order 3 times. Forgot what my order was after trying to give it to somebody else. Fries were cold and undercooked. Burger was dry. $15 for a burger and medium fries and drink. Pretty disappointing and poor value.

  Shift Change is at 5 PM😳?!?! We didn’t even get all of our food and almost everybody that got an online order 30 minutes before still we’re waiting. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food, even though it was only a burger, fries, onion and chicken tenders, but they still forgot the chicken tenders do not recommend. I wish I could give it zero stars

  This location has been consistently poor for a while now. Members of my family have ordered here individually and all with the same result. The workers are incredibly rude as well as unable to count out change correctly, a basic skill that should have been mastered in elementary school. Also the food is always incredibly bad. Dry overcooked chicken, burnt bread, soggy unseasoned fries as well as the orders just completely made wrong. For example we ordered a double but were given a single. They cannot even manage to get the name on the order correct. Last night was the last straw, we will no longer order from this location. Terrible, rude service plus awful food. Whatever these workers are being paid, its way too much they do not earn it. Save yourself the trouble and your hard earned money and go somewhere else seriously gas station food is better than this.
