    Last few times I've come they get my drink wrong after I explain it clearly . They constantly forget my sauces as well and the service is rude 14-16 yr old kids that act like im the problem ... food wasn't even fried thuroughly thoroughly

    If I could give negative starts I would. Never have had a good experience here it's almost like it's a joke when I order a chocolate Oreo blast with extra chocolate and get vanilla ice cream with no chocolate no oreo nothing. All the burgers were messed up toppings everywhere literally can't touch it or pick it up just thrown all over upside down. Onion rings literally black. Asked for a manager and she took the food back after saying oh idk to the whole situation. Been waiting now for 10 minutes since they left and I'm sure the "replacement food" will still be messed up and spat in 🤦‍♀️

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Literally dropped my entire bag of food onto the ground. Would not remake it and the staff was extremely rude. I constantly have issues with this stores staff. Something truly needs to be done it’s worse than ones in ABQ. $50 worth of food trashed and store won’t refund us either.

    I specified NO cheese I SAID; I am allergic please no cheese! It took way too long as I was the only customer when it was given to me a comment was made reassuring me that “it was made fresh!” That’s why it took a little longer” okay I can deal with that but I opened to check before leaving… Surely enough an ugly cold heat lamp saved burger WITH CHEESE…sending it back didn’t seem well received!!! And the new burger looked like I was served scraps!!! As a retired osha person it took everything in me NOT to walk inside and make a call!!!

    I make it a routine to come here for my favorite drink several times a week. Tonight when ordering the girl Was so rude to me. I’m trying to talk to her her how I wanted it and she rushed me through it and said anything else talking over me in the ugliest tone. Will absolutely be calling corporate tonight and figuring out who this was tonight. This kind of rudeness is not okay. Absolutely not. Whoever the owner is needs to do better training and I get teens are an easy hire but their attitudes towards your customers is absurd. It makes you look bad as the owner. The owner needs to take accountability for their employees behavior and attitudes. Your customers are the people paying for their checks. If you look at all these comments and no accountability has been taken it’s really falling on management and the owner. I don’t care how busy you are you don’t treat your customers this way.
