  The food's really good it's Sonic the service is great we had a mistake on our route 44 drink and the manager gave us a brand new one no charge

  Sat in a drive-through line for 20 minutes. Ordered at the speaker box, got to the window and they asked me “ Did the person that took your order tell you it was cash only?” Thanks for wasting my time. Don’t bother using the car hop because most of those are for Uber or DoorDash or something. There’s not even screens on them anymore. Horrible experience.

  Sonic you guys have gone down the tubes. Not just the tubes but the whole toilet. Stop by there today to get drinks for the family and I ordered limeades and cokes. The limeades are literally just sprite. There's nothing lime about them. Tried to explain that to the heavyset girl at the window at 2:50 p.m. and she couldn't be bothered by it. I asked her just to refund the drinks and she said they couldn't just refund the drinks. Would you like another drink? I said no because what's the sense when you're just serving me Sprite. She acts like it's a trouble to deal with customers. This is exactly why people are going elsewhere for their soft drinks and this is why you're take is down because when you have a crew that can't do their job properly can't make a simple drink correctly then your customers go elsewhere like down the hill where they serve real limeades instead of just a Sprite over ice. I will not return.

  This Sonic is hit or miss on how good the food or drink is. Like today... I pay extra for "make it dirty" and got a plain boring soda.

  The service is horrible. I often come for doordash and am constantly sat outside waiting for the order while the teenage workers sit on their phones and talk while I am ignored. This needs to be fixed as I am more often than not sat waiting for 30+ minutes for a small order.
