I ordered a coney, and it was frozen solid. I asked for a refund, but they said they could not do it and that I had to call a number on the receipt. I called, and they could not help me with the refund either. I never got my refund. This is ridiculous. Sonic has really gone downhill. This is the second time I’ve received cold food from this location.
We placed a mobile order for 3 drinks and waited in a stall. They were super busy so we were trying to be patient but after 20 minutes we tried pressing the red button to check on our order and after 5 minutes of no one answering, we went to the drive through. We explained we were checking on our order and the couldn’t find it so we had to wait until we could pull up to the window. I showed my mobile order and the worker took my phone into the back. They said our drinks were just sitting back there the whole time. We finally got our watered down drinks after a total of 40 minutes and there was no apology or anything. It was 90 degrees outside and it sucked having to wait so long in a hot car when we were already dehydrated. I know it was just drinks but after having a pretty rough week, this was supposed to be a fun treat to look forward to.

I'm not happy with the service here, for starters I was charged for a pup cup. They usually don't charge for one. The cashier didn't know what she was doing and she was the one taking our order. They also didn't put any whipped cream in the sonic blast I got
This place is absolutely a joke! Don't know why we waited as long as we did for "hold on let me check" like 30 mins. Kaityln is the name on the receipt.
Then we asked for a chile cheese coney no bun ( atleast 3 or 4 times) easy right? Not for these incompetent people at this sonic.
I do have Celiac and found I can eat their coneys without getting sick.
So we get our coney, it has a bun. Sent it back and we asked to them to not just flip it over this is an allergy, and they did just that. Listening skills are not their strong point.
Maybe the hiring/training managers should do a better job at training their employees.
Usually I enjoy this sonic and their service. However the last two times I have come they have messed up my order. I order through the app the same thing every time, a sprite, mozzarella sticks, grilled cheese and an Ultimate Meat and Cheese Burrito. The Burrito is only supposed to have cheese, egg, sausage and tots in it, but it ends up having jalapeño in it which I have never asked to add on. The first time this happened they were super kind about it and remade the burrito like it is supposed to be. However, the second time it happened, my grilled cheese was on burger buns? Which isn’t a huge deal to me but come on.. anyways, I had asked for the burrito to be remade because once again they added jalapeños on it, they were super sus about it, i didn’t get told if the burrito could get remade they just took it. Yet, they were able to remake the burrito, but this time it had diced onions in it.. which once again is not originally part of the burrito. The app says both of those are “add ons” but i have never selected those to be on my burrito. Do better.
