  Ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. After taking a couple of bites of my first slice, I noticed a strand of “cheese” that was unusually stretchy. When I pulled it out, I realized it was actually an elastic. I initially brushed it off, but then the same thing happened with my second slice. I called Pizza Hut to let them know, and the employee I spoke with was new, so I understood that he wasn’t sure how to handle the situation. He spoke with the person who apparently made and delivered the pizza, then came back and told me that they don’t have anything there that is elastic and that no one there was wearing anything of elastic. I understand that mistakes happen, and I wasn’t expecting them to immediately know how it got into the food. What disappointed me was feeling like my concern wasn’t really being taken seriously. I wasn’t looking to cause a problem—I simply wanted to let them know what I found. I asked for a refund but was instead offered a $10 credit for a future order. I appreciate the gesture, but after finding an elastic in two separate slices, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from there again, so the credit doesn’t really help. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. A simple apology, acknowledgment, and a little more understanding would have gone a long way. Hopefully they take this feedback seriously and improve how situations like this are handled in the future. Side note: I also took a video to show just how stretchy it was and to provide proof that it was, in fact, an elastic. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow me to upload the video with the review, so a picture will have to do.

  Ordered for delivery, the establishment forgot to give the delivery driver my full order on 70$ order when I called the manager said the best I can do is just have the wings I ordered remade if I were to go and pick them up or wait 30 minutes for it to be delivered again! I'm very disappointed with the service with how I was treated for there mistake and I wasn't compensated in any other way I even asked the manager for an extra order of wings if I went myself to pick the food up. I am a new resident and I'm very dissatisfied with how this delivery went I love pizza hut in the future I hope they can deliver my correct order and I wish the manager would compensate me for there mistake.

  I ordered a pizza for delivery to Walmart garden center so my hard working son could eat! My son is differently abled and I misunderstood his location. He was actually at the nearby Home Depot. His delivery driver went the extra mile (literally) and delivered it to him. Thank you so much.
