Went to drive thru because there were 2 cars in line. When I pulled up to the speaker....silence...for 8 mins....then she came on to say she would be with me soon. After 12 mins of waiting she asked for my order. I would've got out of line and leave if I could have. Just hoping this could be constructive criticism. Maybe work on acknowledging customers and taking orders sooner. 12 mins at the speaker to give my order of 1 bagel seems like a long time...and maybe that is their standard but I won't be back

I was having problems with the app and I went into the restaurant to see if they could help me. The manager was so friendly and had wonderful customer service. She fixed my issue and let me know if I needed additional assistance I could speak to her.

Worker are nice, but the eggs are allways dry/over cooked, and the ham they use is cheap. Have to force yourself to chew and swallow one of their dry breakfast sandwiches. Please teach everyone how to cook the eggs properly so they have moisture left in them and buy some quality ham.

I only write reviews for really good or really bad experiences, and I am normally very forgiving, so it takes a lot to do this. I placed an online order on 6/14/2026 around 10:40 AM. I pulled into the drive thru line a few minutes early, around 10:47ish (my email confirmation stated it would be ready by 10:50) so I figured the time it took the line to move, my order would be ready. I did the order online so I could make sure it was accurate, and didn’t want to confuse the worker over the speaker. I was honestly trying to be considerate because I know it can be a lot to order food with special requests in the line… but the worker sounded highly inconvenienced that I was in the drive thru line to pick up an online order. She told me it would take a long time and that I should just go inside instead “like you’re supposed to for online orders.” The tone is what really bothered me the most, I did not appreciate being spoken to that way. I wasn’t trying to throw off their system, and I COMPLETELY understand if I shouldn’t have gone through the drive thru, I have no problem with any of that.. it’s the way she spoke to me. There is a way to tell a person something kindly and effectively so they know better for next time. Anyway, I told her okay.. that I would go inside. I didn’t try to fight or argue, I was a little bothered but I didn’t try to fight it. So I stayed there in the line because I couldn’t back out or go around, so I intended just to wait for it to go all the way through so I could get out of it and go inside. Before the line moved up, she came back onto the speaker and with the same annoyed tone tells me that I could just stay in the line if I wanted to or come inside, it was my choice. So I told her I would prefer to just stay in the line because I have two small children in the backseat so it would be a little easier to stay in the drive thru. She said okay and I pulled up to the window. When I got to the window, I could tell she was bothered and annoyed and told me the order would be out shortly. I waited patiently and she handed me the bag. I got home and the order was completely wrong. I honestly feel that this was done on purpose, which was the final reason that pushed me to write a bad review. I know mistakes happen, but this truly felt intentional. Both bagels were made completely wrong and she put the wrong muffin in the bag. I’m just disappointed that a slight inconvenience to someone takes away their humanity.. I’ve worked in customer service before, so trust me I get it. But I don’t believe that means you should give bad customer service and make an order incorrectly over an honest mistake a customer made by going through a drive thru line. Had she told me kindly from the start that I should have went inside, I would have easily said “Oh, I am so sorry! I didn’t know, so that’s my fault” but I do not respond well to someone giving me a bad attitude for it. So please, do better with customer service.
