  Tati the manager isn’t friendly at all, why do you let kids be managers when they don’t know what they’re doing????? I went through the drive thru 3 times before they kind of made it right!!! I ordered a #1 combo no ketchup, they gave me very cold fries with ketchup on my burger, I went around again thru the drive thru they gave me hot fries but with ketchup still on my burger!!! What the heck???? So I went thru again , Tati didn’t even say sorry, or hi or anything ong these little kids!!!!, by the time I got to the window again my fries were cold again what a mess!!! I don’t recommend this place ever!!!!! So so rude for being a so called MANAGER!!!!!!! Please hire an older MANAGER that knows what they’re doing!!!! So unhappy with my meal, I’m not even hungry anymore what a disgusting person she is!!!!

  Takes forever if you go inside. If the staff wasn’t messing around in the back the whole time they could probably solve that issue

  I ordered a chili cheese dog here and it was the worst I ever had. The bread was so hard and chewy. I couldn’t even bite it! I had to take the hotdog out of the bread and only eat the hotdog. It was like the bread had been microwaved till it was hard and dry.

  I missed my doctor's appointment and didn't really want any ice cream. Jessie cheered me up and made my day! Thanks Dairy Queen on Southern on Rio Rancho!
