  I was super excited to try the new Half Pound Philly Cheesesteak after seeing all the commercials! I even rushed out of work to stop by Arby's because I hadn't eaten there in nearly 20 years. What a disappointment. The sandwich was thrown together so sloppily. The bun was soggy, the filling was just a cheesy mush, and it looked nothing like what was advertised. It honestly wasn't very appetizing and was a huge letdown. The commercials make it look amazing, but what I received was completely different. At this point, I'm convinced the commercials must be AI-generated because my sandwich looked nothing like the one on TV. Arby's... you let me down 👎🏽

  Ordered delivery and was no option to add sauce ,didn't receive a single arbys sauce with my order or straws for my drinks .no wonder it looks like a ghost town all day.you would think with their overpriced garbage food you would at least get good service, I don't think my curly fries where made within the last 2 hours. Greasy and rubbery

  This place is highly unsanitary. There are tons of dead black bugs all over the floor, and nothing looks clean. Please think twice before eating here—it is incredibly dirty.

  Main manager Candice was very rude we complained about an employee name tag said will who brought a shirt soaked in pee out from the bathroom and into the kitchen and she dismissed our complaints and told us to leave

  I was craving an Arbys Rueben sandwich. Went through the drive through, ordered it, paid for it, hot home 35 minutes away in the country and they had given me a chicken salad sandwich. Sooo disappointing. Get it right, Arby's!
