Alicia’s Bagels has, without a doubt, some of the best bagels in the entire Rio Rancho area. And I’m not saying that lightly. I’ve only tried a handful of bagel places around the city, but so far, Alicia’s has absolutely blown the competition out of the water. And let me tell you, these people understand the assignment. You know how some places give you a bagel with a microscopic smear of cream cheese like they’re rationing it during wartime? NOT HERE. They actually give you a respectable amount. You can taste it. You can see it. It is PRESENT. I’ve also tried one of their sandwiches, and that thing was STACKED. I can’t speak for the entire sandwich menu just yet, but based on the one I had, they definitely aren’t messing around. If you’re in Rio Rancho and you haven’t tried Alicia’s yet, stop whatever you’re doing. Go get a bagel. Get some cream cheese. Treat yourself. Your life will be better for it.

It was however pretty damn good the only thing that it was lacking was a little additional pressing so that the bread actually gets really thin and a little bit crispy. That's how we get them in Tampa
