  For an Albertsons, it’s clean and the employees are personable. There is a fair amount of organic produce and a good variety of other items. I always find the checkers pleasant.

  Store is always clean and well stocked. Vicki in the liquor department is always friendly and helpful. She will even walk you to another area of the store when looking for something instead of just pointing and saying, "go to aisle 5".

  I talked to Elizabeth about a problem that I had with returning moldy cheese the other day and she was blatantly rude and disrespectful to me telling me that "if you don't like the way we do things you should go somewhere else". I knew this would happen after the way she was talking to her employees. I typically come here because the girls at the floral department are amazing but i haven't even seen them smile in a while or nearly as much. I think they are rude to their employees as well as their customers so it pains me to say that I will not be returning to this location anymore and I will tell others of my experience. This was the final straw for me.

  Where is the prostetic girl that does the floral department? She was the only one holding that place together. I specifically drove here for her flowers. This location is going under without her

  I had a very negative experience with a customer rep/supervisor.(Name of employee Sylvania) No greeting, asked to do things that didn't apply to me. Overall Rude and seemed as if she wasn't interested in helping me. More attitude than I've ever seen from an employee working at any Albertsons. A certain level of Leadership training might remedy this.
