- MNMary Norman4 days ago2.0Frustrating experience- First time visiting this company, I ordered an americano and a black iced coffee. I get my americano and an iced coffee with cream and sugar. I let them know my order is wrong and I'm trying to explain to them how my order is wrong, I let them know that I ordered a black iced coffee and they come back with a medium cup full of ice with 1/4 of it filled with espresso and they tried to hand it to me, I ask whats this and three people later they explain they dont serve iced coffee, espresso only. They tried to charge me not only for the "iced coffee" but for the espresso shot they poured me. A manager automatically comes out at this point and refunds the order. The manager was great trying to rectify the situation, but I will not be returning. This company is also backed by BLACKSTONE, the same Blackstone that people in NM are against acquiring PNM. So if you're getting coffee here yet protesting that acquisition, you're still supporting BLACKSTONE Inc.

I told the lady at my window I wanted a flavored drink with little syrup so it’s not so sweet she put sugar free and I had a bad allergic reaction… it’s very important to pay attention especially with allergies that you get an order correct. Please do better
