I have not ate since yesterday morning at around 9. That same evening I hiked up a mountain and got to nearly 12.8k feet. I'm not normally a fan of fast food, however, eating here for lunch was so refreshing. Thank y'all so much.

This is a well run McDonald’s. We tried ordering at the counter and kiosk. Food came out quickly and accurately for both. The workers were friendly and professional. The only negative was the low height of the urinal which resulted in a little splashing. Over all… well done.
McDonald's needs to hire people. The effort to replace people with touchscreens, half of which were out of order, and pre-preparing foods means the food is okay, The two people who brought the food out were nice and pleasant.
But they just needed MORE PEOPLE. Someone to handle grill special orders, someone to clean the dining room of spills, someone to empty all the full trash cans, someone to wipe down the tables after use, collect the order table cards, sweep up dropped fries, wipe down the smeary doors.
LUNCH TIME needs all hands on deck. And with the corporate emphasis on cutting back on people, this is what you get.
Ordered at the drive thru, I ordered two hot and spicy chickens with no lettuce add bacon, was charged $4 for adding bacon, and they then asked me at the pickup window what I had ordered, and they rushed back to make my food, the sandwiches came without the bacon I paid for, and when I called them to let them know, I was hung up on by the staff who answered.
I know there isn't a lot of choice in raton, but spend your $10 on quick food literally anywhere else in town.
