  Don’t believe their hours. Apparently the lobby closes early and since I can’t drive through a drive-through, I don’t get service. Awesome customer service /sarcasm

  Always pass through here when i’m on a road trip with my family, always used to be delicious, hot and fresh. Satisfying part of my trip. Passed by today, absolute 💩. I dined inside somehow food still came out cold, fries were given to me BURNT. You could obviously tell that they don’t change their frying oil because of the color of the fries (beware of that could literally cause some serious stomach issues) when I requested for new fries, girl with glasses at the front started giving attitude and ranting with her coworker in front of me. I paid for the food so yes, the quality of it does matter to me. Do not recommend coming here at all. Stop somewhere else for your own sake.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’m a truck driver and ordered through the app expecting my food to be ready on time. Instead, I was left waiting outside in the cold for over 40 minutes. After about 25 minutes, one staff member said “we have your order,” but even after that I waited another 15 minutes and nobody showed up with the food. There were no real updates and no communication. What made it worse is that staff at the window completely ignored me—they didn’t even look or respond while I was standing there. It felt like customers outside don’t matter. As a driver, my time is extremely limited and delays like this directly affect my work and schedule. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. I had to leave without receiving my order. Management needs to seriously address this behavior and ensure staff treat customers with basic respect and communicate properly. This level of service is completely unacceptable.   night shift employees are being rude to doordashers who just trying to deliver the customer food they kept pushing the doordash order back on purpose

  Awful customer service!!!!!! Angela has a very bad attitude and threw food across the counter to a customer!!! If you don’t like your job, get a new one! Don’t treat customers bad because you’re unhappy with your chosen job!
