We were one of likely only two guests staying at the hotel yet the front desk girl told us she couldn't upgrade us because we booked a "cheap room". (I offered to pay for the upgrade ). She was extremely rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. However Bubba and the female bartender in the bar were two of the kindest and most hospital be people we have met along our route.

Red chile enchilada with arrachera steak both perfect NM style as well. Top level service from Estes(?), I think. Nice atmosphere. Will definitely return!
