  I will never go back to Sonic\. I went there today just to get drinks, and they completely messed up my order\. Not only did they give me the wrong drink sizes, but they also gave me soda water instead of what I ordered\. When I went back and asked for a refund, the staff questioned why I wanted my money back instead of simply fixing the issue\. They were reluctant to give me a refund and took a long time to process it, making me feel like they didn’t want to return my money at all\. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor customer service\. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled the situation was unacceptable

  The person who brought out my order was amazing the food and my drink however 🤢. My vanilla iced coffee was supposed to have easy ice and it had extra ice, I asked for a little chocolate added and that was 1/3 of my drink and it tasted like they just dumped the vanilla flavoring in the cup couldn’t even taste any coffee. Then I also got the Ultimate breakfast burrito and it was the size of a junior burrito with half a piece of bacon, no sausage, the eggs were slimy like they weren’t cooked all the way and the tots tasted freezer burnt. Honestly after the “remodel” you’d think the quality would go up not down. Definitely not going to be returning complete waste of time and money.

  Tried to order off the app, didn’t work then I show up at 9 to the menu, and proceeded to order but they tell me their no longer taking menu orders, then the next day still charge me for the order that didn’t let me pick up

  How are you closed for half a year then open up and still give horrible service. Our teas were extremely watered down our fries over cooked and on top of that your waitresses didn't even know where they were going. Training is important if you wanna run a business.
