  Gotta be one of the worst locations I have ever had the displeasure of living near. Order ahead is a clear joke as they only put your order in when you get there so theres no point and you may as well just yell your order at the drive thru because thats the only way these deaf workers will hear you if at all. And if youborder breakfast but get there after breakfast isbover because they cant work fast enough and let lines pile up throughout the parking lot, thats on you according to them.

  Went in to order a coffee,3 drinks,and a oatmeal.the women who took our order was rude. Had a attitude like I inconvenienced her from ordering. Then I waited 15 minutes and the guy seemed so lost and kept forgetting items in all of our orders. I watched as the manager instead of helping him rolling her eyes and snapping at him. 2010 my drinks and my drink carrier I walked up to the car to find out not even 2 minutes into the drive but he did not properly put the cap on the coffee so it spilled and gave my son a third degree burn.

  The worst customer service I went to get an ice coffee it was 10:47 and the employees refused to make it. Because they said it would take 6 minutes lmao and I said ok that’s plenty of time and the employees literally said no 🤣 don’t say yall close at eleven when yall shutting it down at 10 ! Like can we please some decent people to work here?
