  I ordered almost $40 and messed them up by giving plain wings for lemon pepper crunch and we live in el cerro, when we decided to call them and let them know the assistant manager said we can bring the wings back in so they can take it in the kitchen and put seasoning on it and when we proceeded to tell her thats highly unsanitary and highly unsafe for people and their health she ignored the sanitary protocol and continued to repeat herself so I decided to test her sanitary knowledge for fast food restaurant and asked her since they are going to be cold because it was a 20 minute drive there and 20 minute drive back if she could re-fry it for me, just to see what she would say and she said that she can take the wings and put them back in the frying to re warm them. Obviously i wouldnt allow them to do that do to the repects of the customers and me myself as a customer. the assistant manager there is gross to think she can do that and put people's health at risk anyone that decides to eat there be careful on what you order because you never know what DAY SHIFT CREW can get you sick with their highly unsanitary ways and is willing to take back food once it already leaves the kitchen outside the store and this is the 6th time they have done this everytime I do an online pickup

  The Gm Angela is beyond rude and disrespectful and argumentative. We have been coming to the Wingstop multiple times within the last couple months. I have never had an experience like this whether the order was taken wrong or not. All I was asking for was some Parmesan powder on top of my fries, she proceeded to make a big issue out of it. I really hope the real management pulls the cameras and see the way that she handles customers continue to tell me how I was in the wrong and it wasn’t her fault and I told her either way I’m not stating that I would just like some Parmesan powder she did so I came outside to rotate my fries because there was no Parmesan on all of the other ones just the bottom ones and found a really long hair. I had my daughter take it back in and handle it because I did not want to continue going back-and-forth with this woman. I got my receipt and went back in afterwards and asked her if her name was the one on the receipt and if she was the boss, she said she’s the GM manager, then proceeded to tell me that my daughter had to come in and apologize for me so I really hope corporate looks into this person who speaks to people that way should ever be in a position of power

  The food is always good and the service is usually great. This time I asked was a little disappointed, I asked for extra pickles and the manager brings me three of the smallest pickles in a cup and says that's all he can provide. I asked him to fill small plastic cup and charge me what ever the cost is and he refused. I know its petty but I really wanted wingstops pickles. So I was a little disappointed with the service this time.
