- RRRobin RussellMay 30, 20261.0I'm very upset at this Wing Stop in Los Lunas, NM. I ordered 75.00 worth of food. I order 3 of the 2 person meal each meal includes 20 wings and a LG fry. I also ordered 2 large fried corns. I live 35 miles from the Wing Stop. They forgot one of my fried corns. I called the Los Lunas store to let them know I was missing a fried corn. They told me that I could come back and get the corn. I explained I live 35 miles away and I couldn't come back. I asked if they could just note it so the next time I was in Los Lunas I could pick up the LG fried corn or just refund the money to my credit card since it was an online order. I was informed by the employee that they could not do either. I asked to speak the manager. The employee said the manager said the same thing. I asked again to speak to the manager another employee supposedly his name was Santiago. He told me the same thing. I told him that I would call the district manager he told me the district manager was there and said the same thing. I told him I wanted to speak the district manager. He told me to hold on and he put me on hold. They then just left me on hold. I stayed on hold on my phone then I called back on my husband's phone. When they answered I told the person that answered the phone I needed to speak to the manager so another employee got on the phone and said he was the one in charge I again explained the situation again. He told me they couldn't do either. So I will be calling district manager on Monday.

Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.

Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
