  The order screen is flashing and not long for this world. The lobby was filthy, only mild sauce was half stocked, no lids for drinks. The workers did not call anyone's name when their food was ready, allowed random customers to put their hands in other customers' bags which was nasty. Simple order of tacos and nacho fries took 20 minutes. My expectations for a good Taco Bell experience are on the floor, but this location brought a shovel.

  Order DoorDash with them and they never fail to be incompetent to NEVER read the order right to give us our correct order. Then when you try and call to say I don’t have my full order or I don’t find the steak I paid extra for in my burrito. You call twice no answer then they choose to take the phone off the hook to not be bothered. Wow great way of managing and doing your job of customer service to deal with the mistake you guys made!

  They choose to close their store early even though they’re still taking orders for delivery and then when you order the food from them, they say they’re out of half of what you order and then try to give you a bunch of soggy tacos to make up for it. If you’re ordering through DoorDash, then you have to go try to get credits back from them because they didn’t wanna make your food correctly. The food they do give you is missing toppings or items you’ve ordered on it. It’s just a mess and it’s disgusting because the late night crew doesn’t want to do their jobs when you call to complain about any of it. They pretty much don’t care and tell you oh well.

  If you work for DoorDash or any other delivery service, don’t bother coming here blocked this store from your deliveries. They absolutely suck at getting online orders out specially at night I go through the drive-through and on Multiplications they’ve had me park and wait For the order 30+ minutes, they don’t care about online orders and prioritize the drive-through instead of Orders that are already paid for. even if you don’t work for a delivery company if you order online, they will still not prioritize. Your order don’t order online from this store. It sucks.

  Placed order online. Had order a boxed meal, 2 of them. When getting there I was informed there were no sodas. One of the meals was to come with soda. No offer to comp. So I said replace w ice tea. I get to the window they hand me some orange drink. They said it was mango tea, I had to reiterate several times that I asked for iced tea. I also asked them to mark what boxed meal had sour cream. Well the 2 meals weren't put in a box, it was all thrown together in a bag with no way to distinguish what had sour cream. I took it back in, the manager sifted through the food with gloved hands. Yuck!! They couldn't find out what did or didn't have the sour cream. They remade and still didn't mark. They window gals were arrogant and rude and probably don't have brains enough to know what the word arrogant means. All there are clueless. Food was ok. Customer service at that place sucks big time. Not worth going there anymore.
