    I am a teacher who made an online order for 3 sandwiches, 1 meatball, 1 ham, and 1 steak. In place of the meatball SUB i was given just 4 meatballs in a cup, the Ham sandwich was missing the cheese, and the steak sub was missing the avocado. Not only has this place ruined my meal but the meal of 2 other teachers.

    Absolutely gone downhill. We ordered 3 footlongs through the app. My husband went to pick them up. When we went to eat, you would have thought we ordered our sandwiches on stale crackers and not bread. It was so hard I had to take the meats, cheese and veggies and put them in 2 pieces of regular bread. My husband said his sandwich had almost no condiments on it. And his bread was just as hard as mine. My son had the same issues as my husband with his sandwich.

    Placed order online for pickup . Never received, next they were out of some of the food on my order . Next they took 30 min to get us our order .
