  My wife and daughter went at 8:30pm on 7/15/2026. All she ordered was two small frozen drinks at $10. They were first in line, after the man took their $ they sat there for 10 mins, before saying anything, 4 cars behind left because the manager said she had to reset the ice cream after 20 mins. Of waiting, a little advice, next time please tell the customer that there will be a 25 minute wait and would you like to wait or get a refund, instead the manager made them wait 25-30 minutes for some inferior drinks, will not be returning and will contact the district manager, since she the manager refused to give her name. Service was terrible. Sad, this business has went to crap.

  The girl who took the order didn't seem to know what she was doing took forever to place my order when I got to the window the missed half my order and when we got home took a bite of a hamburger that was supposed to be a triple pattie only had one it had so much sauce on it the bun was soggy and tasted awful I felt like I got food poisoning after that bite I didn't finish it threw it away my son felt sick after eating his coney dog so yeah that will be the last time I go there good luck to those who choose sonic

  Extremely horrible. Ridiculous when it takes over 30 minutes to get a slush in the drive thru, almost all the parking order stations dont work, their menu doesn't match other sonics (they either are out or seems like they dont know how to make items)

  Not at all "fast food"...So incredibly slow. I don't know if they are short staffed or what the problem is. I waited 30 minutes in an order stall for a cup of water. Then I had to go back to work because my break was over. I pressed the button again to cancel my order and they never answered. I had to drive away without my drink even after I had paid for it with a card on the order board. They need to do something about their service or hire more staff. The wait for something so basic is unacceptable and very disappointed.

  I went to sonic today to grab something for lunch usually I order on the app or DoorDash, but it doesn’t seem to help to order ahead of time because a couple months ago I ordered just two drinks and I ordered an hour ahead of time and I pulled into the check-in for the order ahead spot and I still had to wait probably 20 minutes so it doesn’t matter if you order ahead you still have to wait a long time…😒 But today I grabbed something for lunch because I was hungry and I wanted something quick and I still had to wait in line for a really long time. I ordered two grilled cheeses and a tater tot and a side of buffalo and so it wasn’t a hard order. When I finish ordering, and when I pulled up to the window, and when it was finally my turn I saw that there was clearly a bag that had been prepared by the cash register. I thought that was my bag and the girl handed me my drink and a couple of the other items that I had ordered, but she never handed me that bag so I thought that it wasn’t my bag, CLEARLY she never handed it to me right away.. so the cashier she’s going about her job and preparing meals and just kinda standing around. THEN SHE LITERALLY ended up handing me that bag that had already been prepared, BUT I had waited in that line for at the window for like 10-15 minuts!!🤬 I didn’t really check my order when I was in the line because I don’t live that far. I saw when I came home to eat my meal that I had ordered. It wasn’t even the right thing!! It was two hamburger buns with a crusty stale meat patty no condiments!!! 🤬🤬🤬 CLEARLY on the receipt it said that I had ordered two grilled cheeses..
