  Ordered a Large Strawberry lemonade for $3.64. Got a medium strawberry lemonade, I may have gotten the right order but mind you. It wasn't a full medium cup.

  I came to get dinner for my family. I got a greenchile cheese burger, a hot dog with ketchup on the side, ched r peppers, and 2 shakes. The WHOLE order was messed. So I called the store and made my complaint. The manager on duty that night, Yvette, was absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Very professional. And on point for customer service. Was I an upset customer?.. yes! But I left satisfied and happy.

  My wife and daughter went at 8:30pm on 7/15/2026. All she ordered was two small frozen drinks at $10. They were first in line, after the man took their $ they sat there for 10 mins, before saying anything, 4 cars behind left because the manager said she had to reset the ice cream after 20 mins. Of waiting, a little advice, next time please tell the customer that there will be a 25 minute wait and would you like to wait or get a refund, instead the manager made them wait 25-30 minutes for some inferior drinks, will not be returning and will contact the district manager, since she the manager refused to give her name. Service was terrible. Sad, this business has went to crap.
