  I remember back when you'd go to Sonic and have your food delivered by a friendly Car Hop. They'd even come back around to make sure you were doing okay, offer extra condiments, bring you more napkins. Bring and collect the window tray. Much like a server at a restaurant. They never appeared stressed, rushed, overwhelmed, or agitated. Minimum wage back then was $5.15 an hour. The signs were clean. Every stall had a menu. It was iconic. Now days, you have to pay for extra ketchup. This location has a menu every other stall. Their drive thru is slower than any other fast food joint out there. The last couple times I was there, three people were working inside. I don't blame the associates. They appear to be working hard. They are stressed, sweating, and always rushing. I feel bad for them. Maybe it is because its 2026. Food portions are shrinking. Prices are growing. Staff are shrinking. Wait times are growing. Don't forget about your customers, who keep businesses going. Don't forget about your team, who keep customers coming back.

  Sadly I stopped in today to grab a quick drink to surprise the kiddo. They took my order and never brought the drinks. We waited twenty minutes. There was one other car at a car hop stall. Just avoid this place. Every time is a let down.

  I dont understand what takes these people so long!!!! Every time!!! Im waiting for almost 45 minutes.

  They are never serving ice cream and today there was a 40 minute wait for food…

  i've actually just never had a good experience at this sonic. The first time I went, a drink exploded in my truck, all over my seats and all over my passenger. everytime i go, the lids are never on right, and this last time the ran out of carbonated drinks?? i don't even know how that happens
