  Staff that is there this morning 5/16 are completely unprofessional . Young man in the drive through asked my order 3 times. And he says his head set was dead when I got to the window. But he was off to the side talking and laughing with people instead of taking orders

  Coming from ABQ to look at land and houses with the fam bam, didn’t know that the McDonalds out there would get so worked up because we had two online orders and we were all in one car. It’s a crap shoot folks, most McDonald’s don’t care, apparently they don’t have much going on at this location. I want to note that the kid at the speaker didn’t give me a chance to tell him I had two, he was abrupt and rushed, closed the window on me before I had a chance. Guy at the second window pretended to be confused. So they punished us by making us pull to a stall and wait 20 min for the second order. They left out our sauces and a pie. Assuming the goal was to make us go through the drive through again or walk in. Passive aggressive weird stuff and all it was was a bag of fast food! I call lamesauce. Do better

  The food was not fresh even after I asked them to make it all fresh and they I would wait with no problem but this place always gives me cold food

  Food is average. Service is poor at times and for simple orders, there have been mistakes over the years. Sloppy assembly of sandwiches happen often.

  Decided to take the kids inside to play in the play place for once instead of the park, huge mistake! We went at 3:00pm and waited 40 minutes for our food, the drinks had no carbonation and to top it off it was hotter than hell inside the playground area, no telling how hot it was for the cooks in the back. Very disorganized, employees all over the place not knowing who's order is who's. No A/C. IT WAS EXTREMLY HOT AND THE WAIT TIME FOR FOOD, ICE CREAM OR AN ACTUALLY CARBONATED DRINK WAIT TIME WAS UNHEARD OF FOR A FASTFOOD RESTAURANT. I WILL NOT BE BACK UNLESS I ABSOLUTLY HAVE TO.
