  - 35 minute wait just to be seated when host told would be only 5-10; plenty of open tables maybe 4 occupied in while restaurant. - Another 30-40 minutes for food; nothing special, two samplers, an order of sliders and a cheesesteak sandwich. Placed immediately once seated; not warm once reached us and some things overcooked. - The waitress was friendly, not attentive once we received food. Overall very bad experience. One special note to point out, the host kept going to the back wandering around and taking drinks of his drink, sitting down, state's busting tables but never cleared one completely, all while he had people to greet, and even then, he did not greet anyone when he walked up. We should have walked out like the other family did instead of waiting. We will not be returning, which is unfortunate because Los Lunas has limited dining choices to start.

  Two of us walked in and stood there about 10 minutes to be seated. Employees walking around with their faces to the grownd looking at us and not saying anything . We finally asked if we seat ourselves. Once we sat our server completely ignored us and never once said he'll be with us in a minute or anything. We were about to leave after awhile until a server from across the restaurant noticed us waiting. Melissa helped us even tho we weren't in her section. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have stayed. Shes a great server and made sure everything was tip top after that.

  Ordered two burgers to go. When I got home after a 15 minute drive from the restaurant. Excited to eat, me and my husband both noticed our burgers were excessively greasy. So greasy that both bottom buns were soggy and turned to mush, with grease soaked through the box. One burger was not supposed to have mustard, but still did. Also Ordered a Dr. pepper to drink and was given root beer. For 30$ extremely disappointed and do not recommend.

  This was probably the worst experience ever where all of the staff was sitting down eating one got up to see us. No menus didn’t say anything. We had to get our own menus, then go ask a bartender for service waitress came who was a certified trainer walked by us, and under her breath, said she would be right with us checking on tables that had already had their food came back and got our drink order looked at my boyfriend and said I need to ID you and he said I’m not gonna show you my ID and she said I feel uncomfortable waiting on you. Granted we do this to everybody. It’s a joke with us about showing your ID but being a certified trainer you should be able to handle this stuff. All the tables were dirty and nobody was checking on customers at all so people please do not go to this Buffalo wild wings they do not deserve your money.

  I placed the online order and went to pick it up around 10 PM. The Google online told it was open until 12 PM upon getting there. I seen a note saying lobby closed. Call this number for takeout orders. I called The number and no one answered so I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer and no one did so. I called in the morning and asked to speak with a manager a person by the name of Tone. He claimed to be the manager I explained what happened and told him I had drove from 15 miles away and I didn’t appreciate it. He told me next time why don’t you just drive to Albuquerque and hung up on me thank you for the great service Wingstop I will never be back I still haven’t been offered a refund as well
